Directions to Montalcino:

By Car: Montalcino is located approximately 120 km south of Florence and 200 km north of Rome. From Florence, take the A1 motorway towards Rome and then exit at Valdichiana. From there, follow the signs to Siena and then take the SS2 Cassia road towards Buonconvento and finally Montalcino. From Rome, take the A1 motorway towards Florence and then exit at Chiusi-Chianciano Terme. From there, follow the signs to Montepulciano and then Montalcino.
