Plateau Ros 

Plateau Rosà is a popular ski resort located in the Aosta Valley region of northwest Italy, near the border with Switzerland. It is part of the larger ski area of Cervinia-Valtournenche-Zermatt, which offers more than 350km of pistes and is one of the largest ski areas in the world. Plateau Rosà itself sits at an altitude of over 3,400m, making it one of the highest ski resorts in Europe.

Pistes: The ski area of Plateau Rosà is mainly composed of red and blue runs, making it a great destination for intermediate skiers. There are also some challenging black runs for advanced skiers, as well as some easy green runs for beginners. The total length of the pistes is 23km.

There are several restaurants and bars on and off the pistes at Plateau Rosà, offering a range of Italian and international cuisine. There are also a number of hotels and guesthouses in the nearby town of Breuil-Cervinia, which offer comfortable accommodation for visitors.

Directions:

Car: Plateau Rosà is located about 3 hours drive from Milan and 1.5 hours from Turin. From Milan, take the A4 motorway to the A5 towards Aosta, then take the Chatillon-Saint-Vincent exit and follow the signs for Breuil-Cervinia. From Turin, take the A5 motorway towards Aosta, then take the Chatillon-Saint-Vincent exit and follow the signs for Breuil-Cervinia.

Plane: The nearest airports to Plateau Rosà are Turin-Caselle (TRN) and Milan-Malpensa (MXP). From Turin airport, take the train to Chivasso station, then change to a train to Chatillon-Saint-Vincent, where you can catch a bus or taxi to Breuil-Cervinia. From Milan airport, take the train to Milan central station, then change to a train to Chatillon-Saint-Vincent, where you can catch a bus or taxi to Breuil-Cervinia. Alternatively, you can book a private transfer from the airport directly to the resort.
